About the Role
The Manager, Learning & Development Operations owns the operational execution of all leadership and field training programs. This role ensures training is integrated, delivered, tracked, and continuously improved across the organization.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this individual is accountable for program adoption, completion, measurement, and ongoing optimization, and working cross-functionally with HR, Operations leadership, and Field Leaders to ensure learning translates into performance and retention outcomes. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives at the intersection of leadership development, operations and program execution.
The Impact You Will Have Every Day:
- Program Execution & Integration
- Operationalize all L&D programs (HOM onboarding, DM development, leadership programs, compliance training)
- Ensure seamless integration across HR, Operations, and Field Leadership
- Build and manage annual program calendars and execution roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
- Lead onboarding cohorts and leadership workshops
- Ensure consistent program delivery standards
- Drive high-impact learning experiences that influence behavior change and leadership growth
- Tracking & Accountability
- Own administration and reporting to track program engagement and outcomes
- Monitor training completion and follow up with District Managers (DMs)/ Hospital Operations Managers (HOM) as needed
- Field Enablement
- Ensure DMs and HOMs understand program expectations
- Reinforce leadership accountability for onboarding and coaching
- Facilitate sessions and support post-training application
- Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and update training materials, facilitation guides and learning resources
- Gather feedback and measure effectiveness
- Recommend enhancements based on field needs and business outcomes
- Evaluate program effectiveness against retention and operational KPIs
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Recruiting to align training to business priorities
- Ensure program communication and clarity across the field
What We Look For:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
- Experience managing end-to-end learning or leadership development programs, including design, facilitation, implementation, and improvement
- Strong facilitation experience delivering leadership or management training in virtual environments
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational follow-through
- Experience using reporting and program data to evaluate effectiveness and inform business decisions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect people programs to business outcomes

Compensation Range
$125,000—$140,000 USD
