Training & Development Manager
Muve Healthcare is growing across the UK, and great care starts with confident, well-trained people. We’re looking for a Training & Development Manager to help shape and deliver the training that supports our teams to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Working closely with the wider business, you’ll help bring our learning strategy to life, supporting onboarding, mandatory training and development opportunities for colleagues across our services. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure learning is practical, engaging, and genuinely improves how our teams deliver care.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of Muve’s learning and development programmes across our services
- Helping ensure mandatory training and compliance requirements are met and kept up to date
- Working with managers to identify training needs and support team development
- Supporting onboarding and induction programmes to help new starters succeed
- Assisting with the creation and delivery of engaging training, both in person and digitally
- Helping maintain training records and learning systems
- Using feedback and data to continuously improve learning and development across the organisation
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in learning & development, training, or workforce development
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities
- A passion for helping people learn, grow, and succeed in their roles
- Confidence working with managers and teams across different services
- Knowledge of CQC regulation is a must
