OneSchool Global UK has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Learning & Development Manager to join our People & Culture team, leading the design and delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives across our campuses and regional support functions.
Reporting to the Regional Director of People & Culture, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role in shaping how we attract, develop and retain talent. You will design and implement learning strategies that strengthen skills, enhance performance and support career progression for colleagues across teaching, support and operational teams.
This is a regional role working primarily remotely, with travel to our Head Office in Warwick and visits to campuses as required to collaborate with leaders, deliver training and support organisational priorities.
About You
- Have a strong understanding of learning and development best practice and how it aligns with workforce and organisational strategy.
- Be confident designing and delivering both strategic programmes and hands-on training sessions.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders to identify skills gaps and create practical, high-impact solutions.
- Be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities across a multi-site environment.
- Use data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Be proactive, innovative and solutions-focused, embracing new technologies and approaches to learning.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive UK learning and development strategy aligned to organisational priorities.
- Conduct training needs analysis, skills gap assessments and competency mapping across teams and functions.
- Design, deliver and manage a range of programmes including onboarding, professional development, leadership and compliance training.
- Lead talent and succession initiatives, including career pathways, leadership development and mentoring programmes.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across campuses and regional teams.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Leverage learning technologies and digital platforms to improve accessibility and engagement.
- Manage budgets, resources and relationships with external training providers and partners.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR and operational teams to ensure learning solutions support business needs.
- Develop and maintain policies, processes and frameworks relating to learning and professional development.
