About the role:

This role provides a commercially focused learning consultancy service across NFU Mutual, working in partnership with projects, programmes and business leaders to identify learning gaps, diagnosing challenges, shaping solutions, and influencing how change is delivered—using learning as one of several levers to drive performance.

Acting as a consultant to multiple change initiatives, you’ll analyse learning needs and shape effective, practical learning approaches to ensure organisational change is successfully embedded and sustained.

No two days are the same. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the end-to-end change and learning consultancy lifecycle and enjoys seeing learning make a tangible impact on business performance.

About you:

You’re an experienced business consultant with a strong track record of supporting business change through effective, end-to-end learner journeys and learning solutions. You’re confident working across the full learning lifecycle, from diagnosing needs and designing learning approaches through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.

You bring a consultative mindset and are comfortable operating in complex, multi-programme environments, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You’re skilled at translating business and change requirements into practical, people centred learning interventions, using recognised learning and change frameworks to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to organisational goals.

Strong influencing skills to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
