We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and proactive individual to join the People Services team at Midland Heart as a Learning & Development Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team and play a key role in developing the skills, behaviours and leadership capability needed to support our organisational ambitions.
Your role will be to support the design and delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives that help our colleagues grow, perform at their best and deliver brilliant services for our tenants. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work with teams across the organisation to build capability, strengthen leadership and enhance our overall learning offer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and delivery of engaging learning solutions that develop the capability and performance of our colleagues across the organisation.
- Working with stakeholders to identify mandatory training requirements and ensure learning remains relevant, accessible and tailored across the business.
- Collaborating with digital learning specialists to develop and expand our online and blended learning provision.
- Supporting the delivery of engaging onboarding and induction experiences that help new colleagues succeed from day one.
- Contributing to leadership and management development programmes that strengthen capability and support future talent across Midland Heart.
- Monitoring learning activity and supporting the evaluation of learning impact, helping ensure our programmes deliver real value and continuous improvement.

- Experience designing and delivering learning and development solutions, including blended, digital or face-to-face learning approaches.
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and support capability building within teams or across an organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of the full training cycle (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer learning, track training activity, or produce reports on learning or compliance.

Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, through which colleagues deliver services from the location they're best delivered on any given day. The successful candidate should therefore expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
