The Opportunity
Keys to Literacy, a division of K12 Coalition, is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist team member to support the development and delivery of high-quality educator learning courses. This role plays a critical part in managing post-production processes, supporting learning management systems, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects move forward on schedule.
The Learning Operations Specialist reports to the Vice President, Product and works closely with internal team members, contractors, and technology partners to support course development, accessibility compliance, and continuous improvements across platforms. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, can manage high-volume independent work, and is comfortable navigating learning management systems and instructional tools.
What You’ll Do
Course Post-Production & Quality Management

Oversee post-production of educator learning courses and materials across platforms such as Canvas and Articulate.

Establish and maintain production schedules aligned to project timelines.

Set and monitor quality standards for courses and supporting resources.

Maintain accurate documentation of development processes and workflows.

Contribute to planning and forecasting related to course development.

Implement and maintain ADA compliance (WCAG) across videos, PDFs, and other course materials, collaborating with ADA consultants as needed.

Coordinate with stakeholders to manage copyright permissions, both incoming and outgoing.
Project Coordination & Deadline Management

Manage long-term planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality course materials.

Track and address edit requests, minor revisions, and broken links within training materials.

Maintain reporting tools, task lists, and status updates to monitor progress.

Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
Technology Partnership & System Support

Partner with the technology team to integrate, support, and optimize learning platforms and instructional tools.

Provide clear requirements, structured feedback, and testing support for system updates or new implementations.

Team & Contractor Support

Provide guidance and coordination support to team members and third-party contractors.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports growth and shared accountability.
Other Duties
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education technology, instructional design, or a related field.

5 or more years of experience in education, teacher preparation, or a related field.

Experience working with learning management systems, preferably Canvas, Talent, Canva Voiceover, and Articulate products.

Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and WCAG guidelines for accessible digital learning materials.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Minimal travel possible.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $77,000
As part of our commitment to maintaining fair and consistent compensation practices, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the band minimum and midpoint, based on their qualifications, location, internal alignment, and the budgeted amount for the role.
