The Royal Marsden is recruiting a full-time Digital Skills Trainer to join their central Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team. This role is vital in training and upskilling our staff in working with current and emerging digital technologies.
As a valued member of our team, this role requires experience in designing and delivering digital skills training, including MS applications to an advanced level. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organisational skills. The role is based at our Sutton site, although cross-site travel is required.
- Ensuring the most effective use of the Trust’s systems and applications by providing high quality training and support.
- Design, scheduling, delivery and evaluation of Trust wide digital applications training.
- Responsible for assuring the introduction of new/enhanced systems and applications and representing the user requirements in the early stages of application design.
