McPherson Law Firm PLLC is seeking an Entry-Level Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in the Law Practice/Law Firms industry. This is a full-time remote position based in Dallas. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, resources, and programs
- Deliver training sessions through various channels, such as virtual classrooms or self-paced modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
