Macmillan Davies are partnered with a law firm that are looking for an experienced legal learning and development professional to design and deliver high-quality skills training and coaching for their junior and mid-level legal professionals and central teams.
Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, you will play a key role in implementing the firm-wide L&D strategy, ensuring staff have the skills and capabilities needed to support the firm’s long-term strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, develop practical and engaging training programmes, and keep your learning approaches aligned with best practice in the legal sector.
About you
Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and experience designing and delivering effective skills training. You enjoy working collaboratively, staying current with industry trends, and building relationships that enable meaningful learning and development.
