As Head of Talent, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all talent-related initiatives across the UK business. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda to support continued growth, strengthen culture, and elevate performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a world-class talent strategy that attracts, retains, and develops exceptional people at all levels
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for head office and venue-based roles, ensuring a seamless and compelling candidate experience
- Build and embed initiatives around performance management, learning and development, career pathways, and succession planning
- Partner with business leaders to identify skills needs, support organisational design, and foster high-performing teams
- Champion a positive and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values and brand ethos
- Oversee people-related policies, HR best practices, and internal communications to drive engagement and retention
About You
- Proven experience in a senior HR, talent acquisition, or people leadership role, within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, lifestyle brands, or related sectors
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insight into action and influence senior stakeholders
- Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams
- Excellent communicator with credibility across all levels of the organisation
