Be the expert who brings Ciphr’s HR platform to life
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers - helping them unlock the full potential of Ciphr’s HR platform. You’ll deliver expert advice, configure solutions to fit each organisation, and make sure every implementation is a success from day one.
What you’ll own and deliver
- Provide customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their unique requirements.
- Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes, ensuring every system is optimised for success.
- Produce clear implementation specifications and reports.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice, bringing fresh thinking to every project.

What you’ll bring
- A strong understanding of HR processes, trends, and legislation.
- Software implementation experience.
- Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects with high levels of complexity, based on a range of customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- A proactive work ethic and can-do attitude.
- An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience.
How we work
- Hybrid, UK-based: outcome-focused with regular in-person anchor days for collaboration (typically monthly), and flexible presence aligned to role/team needs. Occasional travel to customer sites when required
