This team designs and delivers programs that help Retail teams and customers discover, learn, and go further with products and services.
The Learning & Development Strategy & Operations Lead will assess the current learning landscape across EMEIA, identify opportunities to build capability, and define a future-ready learning ecosystem. This role blends strategic insight with operational delivery, shaping scalable frameworks and processes that strengthen performance, growth, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Strategy: Map the L&D ecosystem, identify gaps, and develop a multi-year strategy.
- Process & Operations: Streamline processes, optimise resourcing, and link learning to measurable impact.
- Innovation & Delivery: Design and implement leadership onboarding and training programs across EMEIA.
- Expansion Support: Strengthen learning readiness in India, UAE, and KSA; standardise playbooks and capture best practices.
- Collaboration & Communication: Build cross-functional partnerships, align stakeholders, and present insights in clear, executive-ready formats.
Qualifications
- Extensive Retail or consumer-facing experience, ideally in fast-growth/emerging markets.
- Proven background in L&D, capability-building, onboarding, or field leadership.
- Experience with NSO/NCO and expansion readiness processes.
- Ability to influence in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills.
- Cultural fluency to deliver locally relevant learning experiences.
Preferred: Multi-market EMEIA experience, frontline learning expertise, design thinking, and capability frameworks.
