Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Advisor, L&D Content Management leads the design, development, administration, and analysis of Learning & Development content. Key responsibilities include management of multiple content platforms, design and development of new courses and other training materials, as well as tracking and analyzing resource utilization trends.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and produces learner-centered products, including digital job aids, elearning courses, etc. to support the development of MBUSA and MBFS employees
- Forges and maintains strong working partnerships with subject matter experts and product owners
- Provides quality assurance for MBUSA’s HR learning content
- Designs and develops departmental communication channels such as intranet sites and departmental newsletters
- Manages LMS (Saba) content for HR, which includes creating, assigning, tracking and reporting courses/classes
- Technical administrator for MB University’s platform, Degreed, which includes creation of pathways/plans and manages users and providers
- Provides learning data analytics - maintain L&D dashboard, proactively leverage data to identify trends and opportunities, monitor license usage
Qualifikationen
Job Requirements:
- General understanding of the inputs and outputs required for administering learning platforms
- Graphic design skills with an eye for brand consistency across various communication channels
- Instructional/curriculum design experience mandatory, including creation of e-Learning courses and other training materials
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with limited supervision
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes initiative and anticipates needs
- Solid project management, prioritization and organization skills
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates an “ownership” mentality, taking full accountability for projects
- Exhibits strong business acumen including problem solving, critical thinking, and time management
- Strong teamwork and partnering skills in support of the mission, vision and values of MBUSA and the Talent Development team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Experience
:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 5+ years related work experience (or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education)
- Experience with LMS/LXP systems strongly preferred
- Proficient using elearning authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, Camtasia, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Instructional/graphic design experience which includes creating elearning, PowerPoints, web pages, and documents
- Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
