The Role
- This is a brand-new position to the business working alongside the operational trainers and improving/coordinating the L&D offering for the organisation.
- You will do a needs analysis of the function for the business of c300 employees and put a plan together to ensure all processes are fit for purpose.
- You will be responsible for the business on boarding including all business new starters and apprentices
- Own the early careers and apprenticeship projects to assist support the growth
- Understand the LMS/AI and work with the business IT team to optimise the functionality.
- Head up and coordinate all training's, including mandatory business training and management development
The successful candidate will have at least/around 2-4 years' experience in L&D or a similar role as a Learning and Development Specialist, is comfortable in a blue-collar environment and happy in a HR team where they have a professional but personable approach and give you the flexibility to approach HR processes in a logical way.
