Join Two Leading Consulting Brands – Kiddy & Partners and t-three Consulting
Are you a proactive and people-focused Project Coordinator or Project Administrator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly all while also understanding the value of empathy and connection in how work gets done? We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to align people, plans, and priorities to join our growing team.
With over 25 years of experience, Kiddy & Partners and t-three Consulting bring together two respected brands with a shared mission: to help organisations grow through talent assessment, leadership development, and culture transformation. Our clients include top-tier names like BBC, BAE, HG Capital, and Toyota and our solutions are always bespoke, always meaningful, and always evolving.
What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
At Kiddy & Partners and t-three Consulting, no two projects are the same because no two clients are the same. That’s why we don’t follow a rigid project management methodology. Instead, we take a flexible, human-centred approach that adapts to the unique needs, pace, and goals of each programme. While planning and organisation are important, success in this role goes beyond logistics. It takes emotional intelligence and the ability to align people with purpose, navigate complexity with empathy, and bring clarity to ambiguity. This is more than just coordination, it’s about making sure everyone involved feels supported, informed, and engaged throughout the journey.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and smooth delivery of our consulting and training programmes. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Client Stakeholders to ensure that everything runs efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting project planning and execution for learning & development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and resource coordination.
• Managing project documentation such as timelines, status reports, and meeting agendas.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and task tracking.
• Preparing and updating training materials and session collateral for coaching, leadership, and blended learning programmes.
• Manage end-to-end support for online projects, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout.
• Handling participant communication, including responding to queries via ticketing systems and email.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and calendar management for consultants.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
• 3+ years' experience in a Project Support, Project Coordination, Operations Assistant, or similar administrative role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience managing documents in shared/cloud environments (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, or SharePoint).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Location & Flexibility
This is a remote role, but you’ll need to attend in-person team collaboration days in London and Birmingham a couple times a month. Travel costs are covered via our booking system or monthly expense claims.
