What You Will Do:
As an AI Education Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and organizations build AI fluency through our Bootcamp programs and training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Course Instruction and Facilitation: Lead engaging, interactive sessions in our AI Bootcamp, teaching participants how to understand and apply AI concepts in real-world business scenarios.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with leadership to refine and expand course materials, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and accessible to learners at all levels.
- Participant Support and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance to Bootcamp participants, answering questions, offering feedback, and helping them overcome challenges as they learn.
- Learning Experience Design: Create compelling presentations, exercises, and hands-on activities that make complex AI concepts approachable and actionable.
- Progress Assessment: Track participant progress, evaluate comprehension, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Client Advisory Support: Assist with client engagements, helping businesses understand how to integrate AI into their processes based on insights gained from training work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or instructional design preferred.
- A passion for helping others learn and grow.
- No prior AI experience required—just a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work Pacific hours (though you do not need to be located on the West Coast).
