As a
leadership development consultant for the Knowledge Development Systems (KDS) Immersive Development Programs, you'll design and deliver innovative leadership development experiences. You'll prepare emerging talent for roles with significant strategic responsibility, complex decision-making, and cross-functional impact. In this role, you'll conduct needs analysis, identify key skills and behaviors, and craft multi-stage development programs featuring simulations, rotations, and applied experiences that mirror real-world leadership challenges. You'll collaborate with senior collaborators to align diverse perspectives into cohesive strategies, serve as a thought partner on talent development, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Additionally, you'll build leadership programs from the ground up and shape the future of enterprise leadership.

Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of eight years related professional experience in adult learning and development, business or process consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related professional experience in adult learning and development, business or process consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
Preferred skills
- Experience designing rotational programs, leadership development initiatives, or large-scale talent solutions
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business initiatives into developmental milestones and learning experiences
- Proficient in coordinating with senior leaders with diverse perspectives
- Strong experience adapting to change and providing solutions in uncertain environments
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
