- 8+ years in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Leadership Consulting
- Proven experience designing and delivering programs at a senior or strategic level
- A background in corporate, healthcare, financial services, or professional services
- Strong facilitation, coaching, or instructional design capability
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Genuinely motivated by impact, not just output
