Digital Learning Specialist will design and deliver Nexi’s
digital learning agenda, contributing to the Group-wide Learning strategy.
The role focuses on creating
innovative, tech-enabled learning experiences, leveraging Artificial Intelligence, next-generation learning technologies, and modern digital ecosystems.
This position requires
end-to-end ownership — from design to hands-on delivery — and close collaboration with senior leaders across countries and functions. The role operates at Group level and requires
demonstrated experience working in international, multi-country environments. A core expectation is to
promote and accelerate company-wide adoption of digital learning, ensuring engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences in a
fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
The role also acts as a
key thought partner, bringing
forward-looking insights and proposing
cutting-edge digital learning solutions that help the function evolve toward
future-ready learning approaches and trends.
About Your Future Role
- Design and execute the digital learning agenda as part of the Group Learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and apply emerging trends in digital learning, AI, learning technologies, and user experience.
- Bring future-ready perspectives and benchmark innovations to ensure Nexi remains at the forefront of digital learning evolution.
- Develop and manage end-to-end digital learning programs (learning pathways, blended solutions, virtual and digital platforms, bite-sized content, in-the-flow-of-work learning).
- Lead complex, multi-country digital learning projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, resource planning, timelines, and KPI tracking.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess digital learning needs and co-create impactful and scalable solutions.
- Drive organization-wide adoption of digital learning through engagement initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure global consistency while enabling local adaptation across cultures, roles, and functions.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that learning solutions remain current, modular, agile, and fit for purpose.
- Measure learning impact through data-driven insights, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Work hands-on in the design, configuration, and delivery of digital learning solutions, when needed.
- Proactively recommend improvements, solutions, and new approaches, while maintaining alignment with the direction set by the Area.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, HR, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in consulting or large international organizations.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering digital learning solutions, with exposure to AI-powered learning tools and modern learning technologies.
- Experience working across different digital learning environments and platforms, including LMS/LXP systems, digital content creation tools, virtual classrooms, microlearning, etc.
- Proven Experience in international roles or projects, involving multiple countries and diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior executives.
- High level of accountability, strong initiative, and a pronounced sense of urgency in driving high-quality execution.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Innovative mindset, proactive approach, strong results orientation, and readiness to be both strategic and hands-on.
