The Director of Operations Learning & Development (IDRE) is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving learning, leadership development, and performance enablement strategies exclusively supporting IDRE Operations. This role ensures workforce readiness, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustained performance through scalable, data-driven learning solutions. The Director partners closely with IDRE leadership, operations, quality, compliance, and HR teams to translate specific and operational priorities into effective training programs that accelerate speed-to-proficiency, improve quality and efficiency, and mitigate operational risk.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with IDRE operational goals, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee IDREspecific onboarding, rolebased training, compliance training, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps, performance risks, and operational inefficiencies and deploy targeted learning solutions.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions including instructorled training, elearning, workshops, and onthejob training.
- Ensure seamless transition from New Hire Training to IDREspecific operational training.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on IDRE performance.
- Conduct posttraining evaluations and continuously improve learning programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to IDRE leadership on workforce readiness, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with operations, quality, compliance, and technology leaders to embed training into workflows, audits, and performance management processes.
- Lead workforce enablement for IDRE system changes, regulatory updates, and operational transformations.
- Provide oversight of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and knowledge management tools supporting IDRE.
- Lead, develop, and retain a highperforming IDRE training team; complete performance evaluations and coaching.
- Manage external training vendors and partners supporting IDRE operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Human Resources, Operations, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 812+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or workforce enablement.
- Proven experience supporting operational or contractbased training programs in regulated environments (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Experience leading teams and partnering with senior operational leadership.
- Strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Strong business and operational acumen.
- Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Datadriven mindset with experience using KPIs and analytics.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

Provider Resources provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and ID Theft, 401k plan, PTO. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $150,000-190,000 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
