Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training).
- Experience with course production process (e.g., training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation stages).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing localization-friendly and accessible learning solutions.
- Experience with a teleprompter.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curriculum.
- Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the course production process, with excellent communication and editing skills.
- Excellent graphics designing skills.

Within Cloud Learning Services (CLS), the Content Development team works to design and develop training and certifications for both our customers and partners, and consists of technical curriculum development, lab development, production services, learning experience design and learning portfolio.
In this role, you will design and produce instructor-led and on-demand learning experiences aimed at customers, partners and Google Cloud internal teams. You will be responsible for designing a course or program’s learning experience from start to finish, including developing content, writing assessments, and ensuring course quality standards are upheld. You will partner with learning portfolio managers, subject matter experts, and vendors to plan the ideal learning modality and audience profile, all while managing project timelines and setting expectations with stakeholders.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the learning experience goal and partner with portfolio lead and technical curriculum developer to select course modality.
- Write learning objectives, scripts, storyboards, classroom activities, and assessments leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
- Develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based e-learning modules or videos and ensure that content has a consistent look, and is localizable.
- Liaise with various teams and functions including Technical Editor, Platform Specialist, Video Production team, etc.
- Design or advice on graphics and animations, and partner with visual designers and video production team.
