🎯 Your Mission
As our Training Manager, you’ll design and deliver all learning and development initiatives, from dynamic onboarding experiences to skills training that enhances performance, service quality and brand consistency across departments.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Build and manage the full training framework for all hotel teams
- Deliver engaging onboarding sessions that immerse new hires in the Hard Rock DNA
- Create and implement training materials, SOPs and service standards in line with brand requirements
- Partner with department leaders to identify needs and craft targeted development plans
- Track progress, analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement
- Spread the Hard Rock culture by inspiring teamwork, service excellence and guest-centric thinking
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in training, learning & development or supervisory roles within luxury or lifestyle hospitality
- Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills
- Ability to design impactful training content and deliver it with energy and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, MICROS or similar) is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages welcome)
- A people-driven professional with passion, creativity and a talent for motivating others 🎶
