National Inside Sales Trainer
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced outbound calling environment along with strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, continued training, coaching, and assisting Inside sales Consultants in achieving their goals for their onboarding experience. This role requires someone who can easily adapt to constantly changing environments, working closely with the Director of Sales Development (DSD), Division Vice Presidents (DVP), Sales Leaders, and Outside Sales. Must have strong written and oral communication skills with experience working with remote employees. Must be proficient in Microsoft, CRM, and Learning Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in the CRM and ISC sales process.
- Provide virtual classroom on-boarding training classes for all new Inside Sales Consultants hired at Coverall.
- This position is primarily virtual/remote in nature and requires execution through diverse applications (Teams & Microsoft 365) in a virtual/remote environment.
- Take the new hire Inside Sales Consultant from start to finish during their onboarding, delivering a fully trained employee capable of executing all aspect of the job.
- Partner with Sales Leader and DSD to ensure training schedule is executed.
- Ensure Inside Sales Consultants understand and comply with all training initiatives, performance standards, and policies.
- Ensure new hire Inside Sales can execute core job functions.
- Monitoring and evaluating Inside Sales Consultants performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary, through the direction of the DSD by partnering with DVPs and Sales Leaders.
- This role is responsible for the ISC ramp up (to include, but not limited to): Dial and appointment expectations, Execution of CRM use and pipeline building, LMS training
- Collaborates with DSD, Sales Leaders and DVP’s on strategic onboarding/training schedules.
- Identifying and suggesting training innovation and improvement.
- Developing continued training platforms with the DSD for all Inside Sales Consultant
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist DSD as they review overall new hire Inside Sales Consultants performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Preferred 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Possess skills to effectively train, develop, lead, inspire and motivate at all levels
- Proven track record of impacting new hire success through training & development in a largely remote environment.
- Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, and/or employee relations problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and technical skills – comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs and streaming devices.
- 2 years of direct CRM experience.

- College degree preferred

Base Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
