Position: Scrum Master
Must Reside in Tennessee
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with project management expertise and a strong understanding of construction-focused software platforms (experience with Kahua is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and business teams to clarify objectives, set priorities, and ensure achievable timelines.
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and progress to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track performance, project health, and key metrics.
- Identify potential risks, remove obstacles, and promote continuous improvement within teams.
- Maintain Agile documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support implementation, configuration, and adoption of construction software platforms (Kahua, Procore, Unifier Textura, or similar).
- Promote collaboration and communication across departments for smoother project execution.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights on project progress, challenges, and overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile role.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management principles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization.
- Experience with construction technology platforms (Kahua, Procore, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred but not required.
Desired Skills
- Background in construction, engineering, or real estate tech projects.
- Familiarity with integrating construction management systems with reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management applications.
