Job description:
· Mission:
· The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing practical, appealing and interactive e-learning modules based on the content provided. These modules should optimise the learning process and offer users a sustainable and intuitive learning experience.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Analysis and preparation of content: The consultant reviews and structures the content provided to ensure its suitability for e-learning and, if necessary, suggests improvements or adjustments to optimise the content for the target group in terms of didactics and pedagogy.
· Design of e-learning modules: The consultant designs modular e-learning courses, taking into account the company's objectives, the learning needs of the target group and the latest learning methods and technologies. The modules should be designed in a user-friendly way that encourages users to actively participate.
· Creation of interactive and multimedia learning content: The consultant develops interactive learning modules, e.g. quizzes, simulations, case studies or videos, to convey the content in a clear and exciting way. Different learning styles (e.g. visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) should be taken into account.
· LMS-compatible content: The consultant ensures that the e-learning modules developed are compatible with the company's existing learning management system (LMS) and can be easily integrated into it.
· Creation of tests and assessment tools: The consultant develops final tests or assessments to test the knowledge acquired and measure the learning progress of the participants.
· Feedback loops and adjustments: After completing the first versions of the modules, the consultant will gather feedback from stakeholders and make adjustments as necessary to further optimise the quality of the learning content.
· Documentation and reporting: The consultant documents all steps of the e-learning development process and provides regular reports on the progress of the project.
Requirements:
· Experience in developing e-learning content: The consultant should have proven experience in creating e-learning modules, particularly in using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning software solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of didactics and instructional design: Experience in designing learning content that is both appealing and educationally valuable is essential. Training or further education in instructional design or e-learningdevelopment is an advantage.
· Technical skills: The consultant should be confident in using common e-learning tools and platforms and in implementing interactive learning formats. Experience with LMS (learning management systems) and SCORM/xAPI standards is an advantage.
· Communication skills and collaboration: The consultant must work closely with internal teams (e.g. HR, specialist departments, IT) and regularly seek feedback to ensure that the content meets the needs of the company and the learners.
· Languages: Very good written and spoken English skills are required. French language skills are a plus.
