Position Overview:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Designer/Expert to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver engaging, impactful learning activities that address identified skill gaps and support organizational transformation.
You will help employees develop their skills and knowledge, contributing directly to clients’ strategic success.
What you'll do:
- 5+ years of experience designing effective learning journeys (blended learning).
- Experience using LMS platforms (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) with administrative capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in e-learning design and development using authoring tools (asset).
- Knowledge of learning design, project management, communication, and change management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is an advantage.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident to challenge business requirements to drive impactful outcomes.
- Passionate about education and learner satisfaction.

- Location: Brussels
- On-site requirement: Minimum 2 days per week at the office
- Eligibility:
- Must hold a valid work permit and residence permit to work in Belgium (for non-EU candidates)
