AWL (All Web Leads, Inc.) is looking for a dynamic Instructional Trainer to lead the onboarding and training of our Policy Sales Agents. In this role, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and a coach’s mindset to ensure our new hires graduate ready to drive success on their sales teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging training classes that prepare new Policy Sales Agents for success.
- Teach AWL history, culture, and values while instilling mastery of our insurance quoting & sales systems.
- Evaluate and certify agents before they join their assigned sales team.
- Communicate best practices and keep our training curriculum sharp, relevant, and impactful.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager and PSaaS leadership to develop top-performing sales professionals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure every agent meets performance and production standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong stage presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage groups.
- Excellent listening, coaching, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an instructional/virtual trainer.
- 2+ years of insurance experience (Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or Auto & Home).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for helping people learn.
- Professional virtual training environment: distraction-free office, on-camera presence, and professional demeanor.
- Must be licensed in insurance sales ( Property & Casualty or Life & Health OR both)
