As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required, and assist with analytics that drive HR-decision-making
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with HR tech
- Provide compliance and policy support and assist with audits and documentation.
- Assist with training and development including record management and logistics of mandatory training
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee questions and direct to appropriate resources
- Organize HR correspondence, create visual products (Newsletter, Flyers) and assist with events
Qualifications:
- Degree or Certification in Human Resources preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
