We’re seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Learning team. This role is central to building an environment of proactive, continuous learning at GoTu. The Learning Partner will design and deliver training programs, partner with leaders to identify skill needs, and create scalable learning experiences that enable teams to grow, develop, and perform at their best. This individual will serve as a true learning strategist and builder, ensuring our people have the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to meet our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design & Content Development: Create engaging asynchronous courses (leveraging tools like Articulate360, CourseBox, HeyGen). Partner with VP of L&OD to build and own the Learning roadmap.
- Live Training and Facilitation: Facilitate live workshops, trainings and small coaching sessions to drive adoption of new skills and behaviors.
- Strategically Develop Learning Programs: Partner with leaders to identify and align learning initiatives with our company's Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), Rocks, and overarching business strategy.
- Manage Our Learning Library: Curate and maintain a well-organized and easily accessible library of training resources that supports continuous learning across the organization.
- Enable Organizational Execution: Support EOS optimization and execution by embedding learning practices into our operating system.
- Champion a Proactive Learning Environment: Act as an internal consultant, using our Prosci change management framework to foster a proactive learning environment and ensure the successful adoption of all learning and development initiatives.
Key Competencies: This candidate should have…
- 3–8 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development or a related role, with strong instructional design and facilitation background.
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate360, CourseBox, HeyGen).
- Strong ability to partner with leaders at all levels, from team managers to executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
