Challenge:
Synechron is seeking a Product Director to lead the modernization of land registration systems, driving business transformation and implementing innovative digital solutions to enhance service delivery. This role involves managing strategic projects, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting the successful deployment of key digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business transformation activities and manage multiple interrelated projects to modernize Land Titles registries
- Coordinate with Product Owners, staff, and stakeholders to prioritize service modernization opportunities and develop aligned product roadmaps
- Support technology assessments and develop sourcing strategies for replacing legacy systems in line with modernization goals
- Oversee the delivery of digital solutions, monitor progress, and ensure outcomes such as operational efficiencies and cost savings are achieved
- Provide expert advice on Land Titles modernization options, including impact analysis on scope, budget, and timelines
- Manage risk, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend solutions to barriers to change
- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure sustainable, incremental benefit delivery
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in land registry services and operational management within Land Titles systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, legislation, policies, and standards related to land registration
- Results-driven mindset with the capacity to work independently and engage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
