Position Purpose
The
Coach Curriculum and Education Manager is responsible for owning and advancing the
FASTer Way education ecosystem - including the LMS (Kajabi) and Coach Training Portal. This role equips both future and current coaches to become confident, competent, and client-centered leaders by bridging certification content with real-world application. They are the learning and development expert who ensures coaches are supported from their first certification step through onboarding, building the knowledge, tools, and confidence to drive client success and long-term business growth.
Work Activities
- Manage & Own FW Education Platforms
- Lead the management, structure, automations, and updates of the Coach Certification Courses and Coach Training Portal.
- Oversee Kajabi platform integrity, ensuring all education is accurate, current, and seamless for coach learners.
- Coach Support Across the Journey
- Guide coach prospects during certification, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Support new coaches through initial onboarding, equipping them to confidently take on clients.
- Nurture established coaches with advanced education, mindset training, and real-world case studies.
- Learning & Development Leadership
- Design, update, and deliver educational curriculum that blends certification with real-world implementation.
- Host live Zoom trainings and implementation sessions that bridge the "what" with the "how" of FASTer Way methods, coaching frameworks, and client communication.
- Create and curate self-paced tools that help coaches grow both in skill and business.
- Ongoing Engagement & Compliance
- Track user engagement, completion rates, and outcomes - using insights to improve learning journeys.
- Maintain external accreditations (ACE, ISSA, NASM, AFFA).
- Manage education communications, newsletters, reminders, replays, and group engagement.
- Respond to certification- and education-related questions from coaches.

Salary: $65000 - $80000 per year
