Overview
In this performance-based role, you will focus on identifying and attracting prospective talent through social media, digital marketing, email outreach, discovery calls, and presentations. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline and enroll candidates in our programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent
· Recruit and qualify candidates through various channels
· Leverage social media and marketing tools to generate interest
· Conduct discovery calls, email outreach, and presentations
· Effectively communicate the value of our programs
· Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships
· Track leads and interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About You
· Minimum 5 years of proven success in HR recruitment and talent development
· Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
· Experience in digital and social media recruitment
· Excellent communication and influencing skills
· Comfortable working independently in a remote role
· Passionate about personal growth and helping others develop
· Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
