What you will be doing
- Orchestrating dynamic life skills workshops that captivate K-12 students through compelling storytelling and interactive approaches to master crucial competencies like public speaking and entrepreneurial thinking
- Facilitating transformative one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions designed to propel students toward their personalized academic objectives
- Leveraging sophisticated analytics and comprehensive student profiles to customize your coaching strategies and breakthrough individual learning barriers
- Monitoring key performance indicators—from satisfaction metrics to curriculum progression—and continuously refining your approach to maintain excellence
What you will NOT be doing
- Drowning in paperwork or spending nights grading assignments
- Playing disciplinarian or addressing disruptive classroom behavior
- Delivering monotonous content to uninterested students

Candidate Requirements
- Degree from an elite academic institution (Ivy League or comparable); advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) given preference
- Demonstrated history of academic distinction (such as Olympiad achievements, National Merit recognition, or accelerated degree completion)
- Proven background in student development through coaching, mentorship, instruction, or tutoring At least one marker of exceptional academic achievement (e.g., highly selective scholarship/fellowship (
- 5% acceptance), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, doctoral degree, university teaching experience)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools to enhance educational outcomes
- Superior verbal communication and presentation capabilities
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Texas
