What You’ll Do
Administer and configure our Moodle LMS, including advanced setup and maintenance of the IOMAD (multi-tenancy) plugin.
Publish, update, and organize course content within Moodle, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility.
Develop and manage learning modules with Rise 360, ensuring interactive, visually appealing content.
Respond in a timely manner to customer/instructor requests—be available during specified business hours.
Troubleshoot platform issues (user access, permissions, integrations, plugin conflicts) and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Monitor system performance, assist with upgrades or plug-in installations, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate effectively with instructional designers, SMEs, and support staff to deliver seamless course experiences.
You Should Have
Expertise with Moodle, including IOMAD plugin configuration and administration.
Proficiency with Rise 360 for creating and editing engaging e-learning content.
Solid understanding of LMS operations, user roles, content publishing, and basic integrations.
Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service orientation.
Ability to maintain availability for response during designated North American daytime hours.
Remote work-ready: self-motivated, organized, dependable, and tech-savvy.
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-tenant LMS environments or other platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).
Familiarity with SCORM content packaging and integration.
Instructional design or e‑learning development background.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
