Our client is looking for a Head of L&D to lead their learning strategy, design impactful programs, and help employees grow. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, oversee their LMS, and ensure learning initiatives deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global learning strategy (formal, informal, experiential)
- Design and deliver engaging programs: coaching, workshops, online courses
- Partner with senior leaders to align learning with business goals
- Track and measure learning impact and ROI
- Support leadership development and high-performance teams
- Lead learning initiatives for company-wide events
Requirements:
- Experience running global learning programs, ideally in software/tech
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with data-driven approach
- Innovative and inclusive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
