Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Development Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Learning and Development department. In this role, you’ll help with LMS administration, assist in creating and updating courses, and work with various departments to support their training needs.
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in both content development and LMS management while growing into greater independence in managing training projects over time.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time. Salary range for this position is $60,000- $65,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs: Work with Subject Matter Experts and training staff to support the development of structured learning experiences.
- Update and Create Materials: Maintain existing training resources and assist in developing new courses using eLearning tools.
- Support Training Delivery: Assist with scheduling training, tracking completion, and occasionally helping facilitate virtual or in-person sessions.
- LMS Administration: Manage user accounts, assignments, and reporting in the Learning Management System.
- Partner with HR: Work with Human Resources to ensure timely completion of employee compliance training requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
- Experience: At least one year of related experience; Experience with Learning Management Systems, eLearning authoring tools, and designing instructional content is preferred.
