ThriveEd, a subsidiary of MyMensana, has launched an exclusive pilot program to bring a diverse group of educators and mental health professionals together to shape the future of social, emotional, and mental wellness education. We are now accepting applications for a limited number of founding educators for our second round pilot beginning this fall.

Our Mission & Vision We fundamentally believe that young people are not equipped with the skills they need to be successful, reduce escalation, and improve their quality of life. Who We're Seeking We're looking for passionate educators, clinicians, counselors, coaches, and community advocates who bring:
Essential Qualities:
- Deep commitment to evidence-based practices in skill development and social-emotional learning
- Cultural humility and anti-oppressive approach to working with young people
- Understanding that healing happens in community and that individual wellness is connected to collective liberation
- Creativity in designing engaging, culturally responsive learning experiences
- Lived experience and/or professional experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds
Specialized Experience We Value:
- Working with underserved and underrepresented communities
- LGBTQ+ affirming practices and identity development work
- Culturally specific approaches (Black mental health, Indigenous healing practices, etc.)
- Trauma-informed and healing-centered practices
- Community organizing or social justice advocacy
- Understanding of how systemic oppression impacts mental health
Qualifications: While we highly value advanced degrees (Masters/PhD) and professional licensure, we equally value lived experience and demonstrated commitment to youth development.
