Join our mission to simplify enterprise automation by empowering users to build and deploy integrations with ease. As a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering and scaling the Liftoff live training program, along with other customer-focused enablement initiatives. You'll work within our Technical Product Enablement team to design, deliver, and maintain engaging learning content that supports diverse user personas and accelerates product adoption.
What would you do, if hired?
- Deliver Liftoff Live Training: Lead interactive, instructor-led sessions guiding customers through the foundational flows and features of the Celigo platform.
- Create and Maintain Content: Design and update training materials—including instructor-led sessions, on-demand modules, user guides, and persona-based learning paths—to support both new and existing users.
- Administrative & Program Support: Handle training logistics, scheduling, enrollment, and post-training assessments. Support program execution for certification or ongoing customer education efforts.
- Feedback, Surveys & Analysis: Develop and execute feedback loops, analyze participant data, and iterate based on insights to continually improve training quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts across Product, CX, and Customer Success to ensure content aligns with product updates and customer needs.
- Project & Priority Management: Juggle multiple training-related initiatives with sound judgment and data-driven decisions to deliver results effectively.
- Travel: Up to ~25% as required for onsite delivery or customer events.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience: 2–4 years in fast-paced enablement or training roles—ideally in SaaS, iPaaS, or enterprise software.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to quickly understand technical concepts (e.g. integrator.io workflows) and distill them into clear learning experiences.
- Instructional & Facilitation Skills: Comfortable delivering and facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions for large audiences.
- Content Excellence: Detail-oriented and strong with professional documentation, presentation development, and instructional design best practices.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in designing surveys, gathering feedback, and making decisions based on metrics and participant insights.
- Organizational Strength: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and project demands.
- Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at partnering across teams and engaging diverse audiences—including customers, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
- User-Centric: Passionate about helping customers succeed and creating accessible, engaging training experiences.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
