Scope: Enterprise-wide L&D for 1,000+ employees across multiple states/divisions

- Design multi-year learning roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Implement modern L&D technology (AI personalization, mobile learning, VR)
- Build leadership programs from field tech professionals to emerging leaders to executives
Ideal Profile:
- 7+ years progressive experience with 3+ years leading the function
- Not a traditional L&D-only career path — must have held a functional management role with hiring, developing, and firing responsibility
- Proven measurable business impact through L&D initiatives
