You will design and implement leadership, functional, and behavioral learning journeys, align programs with business goals, and oversee the setting up of a centralized training academy. Responsibilities include conducting mentoring young talent, training needs analysis, managing onboarding and skills development, creating engaging content, and measuring program impact. Proficiency in Learning Management tools like is essential. Strong presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills required. Travel within the MENA region may be required.
