Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a skilled Sr Learning Technology Specialist to support our client’s Human Resources team in Dallas, Texas. This position will consult with unit and division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, providing learning technology insights to develop effective solutions. This role leads multiple complex projects related to learning technology, collaborating with stakeholders to accomplish project goals and objectives. Occasionally, the specialist may facilitate learning events related to learning technology. They will apply deep expertise in all components, features, and functions of the LMS to help business units leverage technology for problem-solving. Additionally, the specialist will advise leadership on optimizing learning technology to align with the mission, vision, values, strategy, and goals of our client. They will communicate complex technological concepts in a clear and understandable manner and act as the liaison between internal and external customers, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration with key partners, including our client’s IS Department, external content vendors, and industry organizations that intersect with learning technology. This is a contract role, going in the office 5 days a week. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex technology in an easily understood manner, and a proactive approach to improving learning systems and strategies.

Required Skills and Background:

Experience as a liaison between business units and learning technology stakeholders.
Read, write, and speak in English
Graduate or professional work, advanced degree, or equivalent experience required.
Adaptability to change in work responsibilities or environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and promote collaboration.
Customer-focused approach to decision-making and service implementation.
