Now, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to help us scale.
About the Role:
As our first Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing training programs that drive recruiter performance, support new hire onboarding, develop leadership skills, and fuel company-wide growth. You’ll partner directly with our senior leaders to refine our internal playbooks, support ramp time, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the onboarding program for new recruiters (curriculum, coaching, progress tracking, continued development)
- Create, manage, and deliver training programs across recruitment, sales, BD, systems, and compliance.
- Support the ramp-up of rookie recruiters to billing producers within 60-90 days
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement performance-driven training solutions
- Create internal resources, SOPs, training decks, video walkthroughs, and maintain an up-to-date E-Learning platform
- Track KPIs and training outcomes to improve program effectiveness
- Lead bi-weekly training sessions (1:1 or group) and support recruiter development plans
- Support underperforming recruiters and take responsibility for individual performance improvement plans
- Support leadership development as the team scales - mentoring future team leads, managers, and top billers
- Stay up to date with recruiting trends, technology, AI, and best practices to improve training
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement—MUST HAVE experience in Staffing/Recruiting
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners
- Strong understanding of agency recruiting (360 model preferred)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop systems, build playbooks, and drive accountability
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Notion, Loom, or LMS platforms
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
