The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Leaders to include the Country Director. You will be the first point of contact within the Exec for all enquiries ensuring that the leadership teams diaries are managed effectively.
Please note, this role requires someone to initially work remotely with UK travel to our various sites, however, within the next 6 months this role will move to a hybrid model so you must be able to reliably commute into London.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing secretarial/administrative support both directly to the Country Director and other areas of the business as directed, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
- Managing the Country Directors day to day schedule to include their diary, emails, travel, meetings and events.
- Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheets) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, etc.
- Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries
- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
- Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries, arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements and tracks expenses for Exec team
- Understanding business requirements to arrange company events
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate extensive Executive Assistant experience in a high-pressure role. We a particularly interested in receiving your application if you have the following skills:

Security Clearance:
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. Please note that in the event that BPSS clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of security.
