Role Title: Learning and Development Professional

Role:
We are looking for a talented Learning and Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background to design and deliver training needs with emphasis on understanding the requirements. Design course material to support modern web based full stack CMS application. You will work closely with our technical and business teams to carry out training needs analysis, create and deliver seamless, user-centric training modules.
The Trainer must be proficient in working on Agile projects with a previous experience of MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development is highly desirable.
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with good technical and communication skills to create technical training materials in easy to understand language.
Necessary skills include:
Technical Skills
• Design, Develop, and deliver necessary training material
• Assess the training needs
• Prepare course material using modern tools, like Canvas etc
• Ability to address the learning and development objectives
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Azure DevOps
• Ability to lead CMS Training workshops
• Ensuring the user adoption to CMS application
• Maintain training materials, user manuals and video tutorials.
• Provides hand on support during and after CMS business users on boarding
Non-Technical Skills
• Creative thinking and Problem solving skills
• Good and communication skills
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to provide hands on leadership skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience Level Required:
- It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:
- Any relevant certification related to Learning & Development
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field Qualification (Level 7 or above)
Key Deliverable: The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.
- Develop and deliver training sessions (face to face or virtual) related to MS Dynamics CMS system.
- Maintain training material, video content and Documentation to train the business users.
- Collaborate with internal and external users to implement training courses and learnings related to modern web applications.
- Optimise user training needs and provide hands on support for business readiness while on boarding new users into the CMS application.
- Gather user feedback to assess training effectiveness for continuous improvements.
- Maintain and improve training content relevant to product roadmap and application release.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain modern and competitive

- Utilise digitally enhanced, instructor-led resources to deliver technology-based learning and development
- Implement classroom management techniques such as flexible learning, training strategies to tailor effectively
- Strong proficiency and successful in delivering ICT application training to end users (non-technical)
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience with working part of agile team in delivering modern complex web applications to suit end user training needs and requirements
- Understanding of Training tools such as Canvas App in building and rolling out Training modules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
