What You’ll Do
- Own our LMS end-to-end: configure content, manage users, build reports and troubleshoot issues
- Partner with SMEs to create blended learning paths (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, quizzes)
- Script, storyboard and produce micro-learning videos and podcasts that keep learners coming back
- Experiment with live video sessions and hands-on editing to create innovative learning experiences
- Provide updated information for the intranet Learning and Development page
- Leverage LMS gamification and tools along with intranet campaigns to drive voluntary adoption
- Coordinate CEU and compliance training by partnering with vendors and internal resources
- Track completion and pass-rate metrics and translate insights into content improvements
- Pilot new delivery methods: pitch and test new formats like podcasts, live streams or social learning
What You Bring
- 5+ years in L&D with hands-on LMS administration (any system)
- Strong instructional design skills for digital and live learning
- Experience with video creation: live streaming, editing, podcast production or similar
- Proven project management ability
- Data savvy - able to turn platform analytics into action plans
- A self-starter mindset and eagerness to wear multiple hats
