Your Mission

- Grow Strength-based people development programs: Provide training and ongoing learning opportunities to help all of our team members understand their natural talents and effectively leverage them for continuous growth and enhanced business outcomes.
- Craft Innovative Manager Training Programs: Design and implement state-of-the-art training programs that provide strong foundations for our new managers and advanced programs to support sophisticated senior managers and leaders. Provide hands-on real-time manager coaching and support to ensure aligned managerial practices across our organization.
- Drive Strategic Development: Align our learning and development strategies with the company's science-first approach, providing scalability that ensures our team is always equipped to deliver top-quality science with impeccable customer service.
- Facilitate Knowledge Transfer: Build organizational knowledge-sharing systems and mentorship programs that leverage the expertise of our globally recognized thought leaders and ensures ongoing growth and career development for all of our team members and results in high employee satisfaction and retention rates.

About the Role
As Learning and Development Specialist at Immunologix Labs, you'll be the driving force behind our most valuable asset – our people. You'll lead strategic HR initiatives that support our mission to deliver unparalleled scientific insights in bioanalysis, immunogenicity, and biomarkers for our clients and exceptional people leadership and development for our team members.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our science-first approach and business objectives
- Collaborate with executive management to foster a culture of innovation and scientific excellence
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier scientific, project management and people leadership talent
- Design and implement learning and development programs that keep our team at the forefront of bioanalytical sciences and our managers at the forefront of people leadership
- Develop innovative performance management practices that focus on leveraging strengths and accelerate personal and professional growth
Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to support our growing global presence
- Cultivate a workplace that nurtures scientific creativity and commitment to people development and leadership
Employee Relations:
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters to managers and employees
- Develop and maintain HR policies that support our unique scientific environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience building and growing strengths-based organizations is a plus
- Strong track record of performance management that leads to accelerated growth opportunities for employees
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
