They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Job Profile for Learning & Development Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Create engaging and effective learning content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training resources
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials based on identified needs
- Facilitate training sessions using various methodologies, ensuring participant engagement and understanding
- Implement assessment tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery
- Organise e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts
- Plan end-to-end development programs according to organisational requirements
- Prepare training materials in line with the latest trends
- Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models
- Record and report training courses, schedules, and results, and share updates regularly with management
- Conduct research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Candidate Profile for Learning & Development Specialist
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of learning management systems and other training technologies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
