Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a holistic learning strategy that supports company-wide goals
- Develop function-specific and job family-based development programs
- Lead and implement cutting-edge leadership development initiatives
- Align learning initiatives with departmental and organizational strategies
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform learning experiences
- Collaborate across departments to foster a strong learning culture
What We're Looking For
- A proven L&D leader with strong strategic and execution experience
- Passion for modern learning methodologies and technology integration
- Experience in aviation or airlines is highly preferred
