Job Overview:
The Learning and Development Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role involves identifying training needs, developing strategic learning initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of different departments and employee levels.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate innovative training methods.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop an annual training roadmap based on workforce requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance analysis.
- Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain training records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support leadership development through coaching and mentoring programs.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance organizational learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning tools.
