We seek an experienced Subject Matter Expert in Finance courses for one of our USA-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge to inform course content development.
- Ensure all subject matter is current, relevant, and aligned with industry and academic standards.
- Collaborate with the Learning Architect to develop and refine instructional materials.
- Submit all deliverables promptly, adhering to project deadlines.
- Participate in all scheduled meetings and provide feedback as required.
- Review the course model for content accuracy and coherence.
- Ensure alignment with the client’s learning objectives and pedagogical framework.
Deliverables:
- Course content contributions include text, case studies, examples, and necessary explanations.
- Recommendations for supplementary materials such as Open Educational Resources (OERs) or industry reports.
- Review and validation of assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
- Feedback on course structure and instructional design to ensure clarity and engagement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Engage in regular discussions with the Learning Architect to align content with course goals.
- Participate in iterative reviews to refine course materials.
- Address feedback promptly and make necessary adjustments to improve content accuracy and effectiveness.
Timelines & Expectations:
- Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for content submission and review cycles.
- Attend all required project meetings and provide status updates as needed.
- Proactively communicate any potential challenges or delays to the project team.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
